Is a dynamic special events company that carries with it
over 22 years of professional expertise.

The company is founded on the strength of a cohesive team of
dedicated project managers, project assistants, graphic artists and administrative
and production staff with the expertise and passion for special events.
Miguel Miñana is the company’s President and Creative Head with over 35 years of experience in advertising and event management.

ThemeWorks began in 2001 and to date has staged over a thousand events that range
from nationwide projects and country-wide roadshows
to single-day events and pocket projects.

MALACAÑAN, APEC, ASEAN AND OTHER SUMMITS & EVENTS

ThemeWorks has been the event planner and the event and show director,
in coordination with the Office of the Social Secretary, for Malacañan Palace’s
state banquets and major receptions for various visiting heads of state since 2001.

Of its most recent events, ThemeWorks staged the Inaugural Dinner of
President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. in Malacañan. It also staged the Opening Gala of DOT’s Madrid Fusion event. We also staged the opening dinner show for the APEC Business Advisory Council and the following year its gala welcome dinner-showing a tented venue in the middle of the polo field.

ThemeWorks co-executed the
two grand ASEAN Dinner Receptions for the visiting heads of state staged
at the Sofitel Hotel and SMX Conventional Hall.

ThemeWorks managed and directed the gala dinner receptions of the
12th ASEAN Summit, attended by 27 heads of state and government, in Mactan, Cebu
and the ASEAN Ministerial Summit at the PICC in Manila.

ThemeWorks has been staging for the Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship
(Go-Negosyo) the Agriculture Summit, ASEAN Business & Investment Summit,
the ASEAN Business Awards, among others.

LIFESTYLE AND SOCIAL EVENTS

On top of the list of the socials ThemeWorks has staged we have likewise staged major events to celebrate milestones for several of the country’s illustrious business leaders and social personalities.

We have likewise staged weddings of grand scale are for two of President Arroyo’s children,
Mikey and Dato, the wedding of Mar and Korina Roxas, Warns-Zobel couples
and the wedding of Joey Concepcion’s wedding.

CORPORATE EVENTS

Sunlife Finance, Hyundai cars and trucks, Honda Motorcycles, Cignal, TV5, Smart and Shell are among several of ThemeWorks top accounts having done localized events as well as nationwide road-shows, caravans and corporate affairs and activations.

ThemeWorks has staged nationwide conventions and sales rallies and Awards Nights for Greenwich Pizza, Mang Inasal, Roche Phils to name a few.

SPORTS EVENTS

ThemeWorks executed many of Nike’s exciting and edgy sports tournaments, energy events, retail development projects and corporate events. Among these sports events were the Nike 3 on 3 Basketball Tournaments, a nationwide basketball event with the participation of 200 schools in seven areas in four months, the Nike’s LBJ Fearless 5; an exhilarating basketball event among young ballers and the Nike Creativity in Sports where today’s millennials expressed themselves through basketball with the rhythm and moves of hip-hop/R&B music.

The prestigious Nike Summer League was an annual event participated in by 48 school-based varsity basketball teams including the schools’ UAAP and NCAA teams. ThemeWorks likewise staged the Manila tour and events of NBA basketball stars Vince Carter and Paul Pierce and the French slam dunk team, Slam Nation.

For Jollibee, ThemeWorks executed the Power of Three, a Luzon-wide consumer-based basketball event covering nine areas with over a thousand participants.
